£61,875 plus £7k car allowance

South West (M5 area)

Permanent -37 hours per week.

This is an amazing position to work for one of the UKs leading Charities who are an award winning national care provider.


The post will not just cover the South West homes, so will need to live close to or have easy access to the M5 corridor. The homes are located in Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Wells and potentially Cardiff area as a guide. You will typically work in each home for a set period of time, not a day her and a day there.


The main purpose of the role is:

  • To support the Operational Management of the region by promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standardof person-cantered care, ensuring thatwearemeeting individual needs and that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
  • You will take up a variety of senior positions in the care homes as required and provide temporary relief in the absence of the manager or senior officer in a home.


Who were looking for:

  • The successful post holder will carry out specific projects within a home or region, as specified by the Regional Director and relevant Area Manager.
  • You will have a professional qualification in a Care or Health field, that coupled with experience of working in the Nursing Home/Care Home sector.
  • Our ideal candidate will be required to undertake overnight stays (depending on your address) as and when required (accommodation and travel expenses will be paid for in line with our policies).
