Join our client, a Housing Association as a Recovery Navigator and be part of a dedicated team committed to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery.As a Recovery Navigator at within this organisation, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals in their path towards improved mental health and well-being. Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous experience in mental health or recovery support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of advocacy and support services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in mental health, counselling, social work, or related field.
  • Certification in mental health first aid or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Additional training in trauma-informed care is desirable.
