Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in housing support or social work, demonstrating the ability to work empathetically with diverse communities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of clients and the team efficiently.
  • Adept at developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with individuals from all backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience in leading or coordinating team efforts within a housing or social work context.
  • Familiarity with housing legislation and tenant rights in the UK.
