Our client is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their team working within Female Safe Houses. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in empowering and uplifting women facing challenging circumstances and contributing to positive change in their lives. Empower and support women in a safe house setting
Provide high quality accommodation and housing related support to women who have experienced domestic abuse
Contribute to positive change in the lives of women in need

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in providing support or care in a similar environment
Strong understanding of issues related to domestic abuse and violence against women
Ability to handle sensitive and challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to promoting equality and diversity

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Training in safeguarding vulnerable adults
Understanding of trauma-informed care
