Brook Street Social Care is offering a new exciting and rewarding role as a Support Worker for a Residential Care Home in Bristol.
You will be providing friendly, compassionate, person-centred, professional, and inspirational support for an amazing Residential Care Home which specialise in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skills, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our home.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with both company and CQC guidelines.
  • To be actively engaged with service users and staff, continuously seeking opportunities for improvements to service user's lifestyles.
  • 2 Sleeps in a week (£46 extra per night)


ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You have professional attitude
  • You are HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ORGANISED and RESOURCEFUL.
  • You are reliable and empathetic.

MUST:

  • DRIVING LICENCE
  • Fully available for days and nights shifts
