Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to individuals dealing with psychiatric conditions.
- Assist with daily activities and therapeutic interventions as directed by the clinical team.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all service users.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of clients.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding procedures.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Mental Health Support Worker role
- A compassionate and patient demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent are advantageous.
