They are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to cover their Bristol patch and help with their temporary accommodations for the homeless. This temporary position is offering plenty of support from the team and a friendly working environment with flexible working.
Location: Bristol
Working days: Monday - Friday
Salary: £14-16 Ph
As a Supported Housing Officer, you will be assisting with:
Assessing the needs of people who need housing
Management of rent arrears
Inspecting housing services and carrying out safety checks to ensure their housing is safe and appropriate
Resolving issues like anti-social behaviour or neighbourly disputes
Regular property and health and safety checks
Writing down all reports and notes after visits
