  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges faced by prison leavers and a passion for supporting their transition.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients

  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic support system

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in the housing, social work, or criminal justice sectors
  • A recognized qualification in a related field, such as social care or community development
