Job Opportunity: Out of Hours Floating Support Worker (Female, Driver)

Location: Bristol
Pay: 14.83 per hour
Hours: 17:00 - 23:00 or 19:00 - 1:00

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Floating Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Floating Support Worker, you will provide vital support to individuals who need assistance to live independently, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver practical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes
Assist with daily living activities, helping clients maintain independence
Develop and implement support plans tailored to each individual's needs
Ensure a safe, supportive environment, providing guidance and empowerment
Maintain accurate records and report on progress
Regular travel between service users' homes, so a full driving license and access to a car are essential

Requirements:

Female candidates only (This is an occupational requirement for gender-specific support)
Full, clean driving license with access to a car for travel
Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with vulnerable individuals
Strong communication and organisational skills
