Job Opportunity: Out of Hours Floating Support Worker (Female, Driver)

Location: Bristol
Pay: 14.83 per hour
Hours: 17:00 - 23:00 or 19:00 - 1:00

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Floating Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Floating Support Worker, you will provide vital support to individuals who need assistance to live independently, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, helping clients maintain independence
  • Develop and implement support plans tailored to each individual's needs
  • Ensure a safe, supportive environment, providing guidance and empowerment
  • Maintain accurate records and report on progress
  • Regular travel between service users' homes, so a full driving license and access to a car are essential

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (This is an occupational requirement for gender-specific support)
  • Full, clean driving license with access to a car for travel
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with vulnerable individuals
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
