Waking Night Support Worker   LOCATION:               Bristol  HOURS:                     37.5 – 4 on 4 off (7pm – 6am)SALARY:                   £25,034DURATION:  temp 8 weeksSTART DATE:           04/11/24  Executive Summary:Based at a busy young person’s service, you would be working within an emergency accommodation project for young care leavers.Key Responsibilities:  
  • Be on hand to support young people and carry out welfare checks
  • Alongside a concierge worker, support the safety of the young people
  • Carry out building checks
  • Create a detailed handover for day staff
  • Monitor who accessing the building and keep a log on the visitors’ book
  • Be on hand to support in a crisis and make the relevant calls to the on-call manager if required
