Oyster Care Homes is seeking a caring and motivated individual with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care to join their team at Tudor House, Bristol.
The role involves leading and mentoring care teams, providing outstanding personal care, and managing medications responsibly.
Shifts are available during the day at £17.50/hour and at night for £16.25/hour.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a similar role to be considered for the position.

Your Responsibilities: Lead and mentor care teams to ensure residents receive the best care. Act as the person in charge during absence of the General or Care Manager. Provide outstanding personal care following individual care plans. Maintain health, safety, and infection control standards. Conduct move-in assessments and formulate care plans. Manage and administer medications responsibly. Ensure confidentiality and support staff appraisals and supervisions. Perform general care duties as needed.

Shifts Available:Days:08:00 - 20:00 (£17.50/hour) Nights:20:00 - 08:00 (£16.25/hour)
