Interim Service Manager (Social Work) - Children with Disabilities Team in Bristol (UK) needed for an exciting locum opportunity with South Gloucestershire County Council. This role offers a lucrative daily rate between £400-£500, depending on experience. The position requires full-time commitment for a duration of 3 months, with a start date as soon as possible.   • Develop and implement strategic service plans, coordinating with multiple departments to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Respond to complex case issues and provide expert guidance to the team, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Engage with families, carers, and other stakeholders to foster collaborative working relationships and improve service satisfaction.
