Acorn by Synergie are currently recruiting for a Residential Liaison Officer for work on a social housing decarbonisation project in Stockwood,Bristol.

The contracator are in partnership with Bristol City Council, providing local communities with an improved, energy efficient home that meets local and national targets.

The role is based on site (BS14) and in the office (BS1) along with hybrid working from home available.

You will have knowledge within social housing and experience in community engagement and be available immediately.

What you will do:

- establish and build relationships within the community

- serve as a bridge between residents and management team

- tasks include; intake evaluations, communicate project's aims to residents and give residents feedback and concerns to project's managers and collaborate with other staff to improve processes.

- schedule appointments and coordinate community events

- maintain accurate records throughout the lifecycle of the project

What you will need:

- Degree in a social work, community engagement or related

- Excellent communication skills including dispute resolution

- Experience of providing a customer-focused, high-quality service and managing complaints

- Excellent attention to detail and organisation

- Ability to commute

- Reliable work ethic

-Drivers License (preferred)

- Immediately Available
