This Housing association is seeking a passionate and dedicated services manager to join their team on a contract basis. You'll have the opportunity to provide crucial support and advocacy for women experiencing domestic abuse and delivering front line management to a team of outreach workers and IDVA’s across south glos services. We need: 
  • Someone with management experience
  • Someone with experience of providing monthly supervisions for staff team,
  • Someone with experience of leading team meetings, rota’s etc
 Please note as this is a temporary position this is not a role for someone wishing to move into management as you will need to be up and running quickly! Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience working with survivors of domestic abuse.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Management Experience
