Join our client, a local homeless pathways charity, as a Service Manager on a contract – perm basis, and be part of our mission to end homelessness by leading a dedicated supported accommodation team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and enhance the quality and best practices of our supported accommodation services- Manage a team of 5 project workers - Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic and business plans- Play a critical role in the development of service delivery, activities and ensuring good outcomes for residentsAbout Them:They are a Swindon based charity with over 50 years of experience, is committed to providing accommodation, support and advocacy for individuals experiencing homelessness.Preferred Requirements:- Proven experience in supported housing management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and improve services- Excellent communication skills - A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of service provision- Knowledge of housing laws, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare and social services sectorPreferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field- Relevant professional certifications in housing management or related fields- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams in a healthcare or social services setting    To apply for this role, please send an up to date CV to   or or call Olly Hodgkinson on .
