As a Supported Housing Officer, you'll be part of a dedicated team striving to bring positive change to the lives of vulnerable parents and single women with a history of homelessness. Positioned at the heart of Bristol, you'll work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, flexibly catering to the unique needs of our clients.

  Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong background in supported housing and move-on support
  • Proficiency in assessing support needs and managing risks associated with residents
  • Experience in collaborating with external agencies to improve service outcomes
  • Ability to deliver welfare, benefits, and budgeting advice to enhance financial resilience
  • Acumen in housing management issues, including rent collection and property maintenance
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in identifying and addressing the root causes of homelessness
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding strategies for children and adults
  • Understanding of Psychologically Informed Environments and relevant practices
