About the role

We work with special educational needs schools in Bristol, and are seeking Behaviour Support Assistants with a passion for creating fun and engaging ways to support students. Pupils are aged 4-16 and have Social, Emotional, & Mental Health needs, as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD.

About the school

The schools focus on areas where progress can be made whether emotionally, socially, behaviourally or academically. Supportive staff teams work together to create enviornments where the pupil s can thrive. The Behaviour Support Assistant will support in small classes using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Behaviour Support Assistant you will:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Experience in a behaviour setting
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
