Support Worker Required
Contract type: 2 months +
Hours per week: 37.5 hrs
Location: Bristol
Venn Group are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to work for a Charity in Bristol
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing housing and support to women who have experienced domestic abuse.
- Organising referrals and conducting assessments,
- Liaising with external agencies to support clients
- Establishing service users support needs
- Developing and implementing support plans
- Safeguarding service users
The successful candidate will have:
- Enhanced DBS
- Relevant experience
