Care Coordinator - Temp Contract
Location: Bristol
Pay: 15 per hour (29,265 per year) + Sleep-ins

Are you passionate about empowering adults with learning disabilities to live more independently? We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team and support individuals in achieving their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with team leading or senior support experience, and ideally a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. However, experience is the key, so if you have the right skills and passion, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee care and support for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Support individuals to gain independence and live fulfilling lives.
  • Lead a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to support staff.
  • Ensure all care plans and records are up-to-date.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a senior support or team-leading role in social care.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential).
  • Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to live independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to care.
