Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessments, formulations, and treatments for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Manage a clinical caseload in line with operational policy, ensuring consistent high standards of care.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to support comprehensive client care.
  • Provide sensitive communication to clients regarding their treatment and progress.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage risks effectively.
  • Participate in monthly clinical supervision to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified CBT therapist with BABCP accreditation (or working towards it), or a registered health professional with similar qualifications.
  • Experience in delivering CBT interventions within a mental health setting.
  • Capability to provide therapy to a diverse range of clients and conditions.
