Part Time Project Officer

Tate are recruiting for an exciting opportunity on behalf of a local authority and will involve working on a number of strategically important transformation and commissioning projects, with a particular focus on Care Services.

  • To work on the recommissioning of critical care services and take a proactive approach to translating transformation and commissioning strategies into front line business as usual services for service users to access and benefit from.
  • Deliver complex transformation and commissioning projects working closely with commissioners, transformation leads and managers within your team.
  • To develop specialisms from the single adult social care framework and work alongside commissioning managers in compiling the business case for service modernisation through applying the evidence and data analysis.
  • Working alongside a number of stakeholders such as housing, performance, finance, change management, policy and digital.
  • To be involved in operational delivery and roll out of new strategies, services and partnerships at a practical level that delivers real implementation on the ground and embeds change projects into business as usual.

Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of one of the following: public sector project delivery, adult social work or commissioning cycle.
  • Experience of working as part of a team on successful projects and evidence of taking proactive solution focused approaches to issues and risks that have resulted in positive change.
  • Change management experience
