Time Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Senior Nurse to join a private hospital ran by an innovative company who are the leaders in delivering behavioural care to over 25,000 people each year across their 350 services.

The company is a long-established group with a prestigious history. Over the years, they have developed an unrivalled reputation for delivering a real and lasting difference for each person who uses the service and they are the leading mental health rehabilitation and recovery partner to the NHS.

The role consists of the Senior Nurse supporting male and female patients across their low secure and medium secure units; the service users have a diagnosis of mental illness and associated challenging behaviours and the aim is to develop a care pathway to promote recovery allowing them to co-produce their own treatment plans

The facility has a fitness room, therapy kitchen, games and leisure rooms, courtyard and grounds, computer suite and community resources with patients leaving the service when required; the following therapies are offered:

- Mentalisation-based treatment (MBT)

- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

- Schema therapy

- Motional interviewing

- Cognitive analytic therapy (CAT)

- Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)

The team at this facility consists of a much wider multidisciplinary team who cater to each individual's needs, they include psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, Staff Nurses and recovery support workers.

The Senior Nurse requirements:

- NMC PIN with 12 months post qualification experience

- Excellent team working skills and ability to work independently whilst committing to improvement and quality

- A commitment to patient care and a good understanding of recovery models

- Registered Nurse
