Supervising Social Worker - Home based - 30ph - No form F's
NonStop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted Children's Charity, based in the Bristol or Devon area, who are looking for a knowledgeable social worker to join their fostering team. The ideal candidate will share their commitment to delivering high quality services for children, young people and foster parents.
In this role, you would be able to work remotely with no office requirements, allowing you to completely manage your own diary which will help to create a fantastic work life balance
A successful applicant will have access to comprehensive training & CPD, allowing you to progress & build upon your current skill set and further your social work career.
Responsibilities of this role include;
- Provide regular supervision to foster carers, undertake annual reviews and work collaboratively with other professionals
- Identify & assess the needs of young people & children.
- Apply knowledge of fostering regulations, childcare law & safeguarding issues.
- Work closely with the manager to maintain the supervision of workers in the team.

Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
- A drivers license
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience with & knowledge of fostering regulations, childcare law and safeguarding issues.
