In this role you will be given autonomy and independence as you manage and maintain a broad range of in house and shelf applications showcasing analytical and problem solving skills. Using your analysis skills you will aim to increase application efficiency, identify improvements and provide maintenance to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a confident Applications Analyst with experience in achieving optimal application performance. You will need to have strong skills with SQL and Python and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels or technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will need to be commutable to the Bristol office on a weekly hybrid basis.

The Role:

• Manage and maintain a variety of in-house and shelf applications with autonomy and independence.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure application efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for operational excellence.
• Optimise system performance through continuous analysis and troubleshooting.

The Person:

• Experienced Applications Analyst with a track record of optimising application performance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and application support.
• Effective communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Confident in troubleshooting and enhancing application functionality.
• Must be able to commute to the Bristol office on a weekly hybrid basis.
