Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Location: Central Bristol - Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify software needs and solutions.
- Design and document system processes and workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to troubleshoot and improve system performance.
- Support QA testing and software implementation phases.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
