About the Role:Join a dynamic team developing the latest Complex Weapons capabilities to support our Armed Forces and allied nations. As a Missile Systems Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in defining technical requirements, studying system behavior, and managing the verification and validation of cutting-edge missile systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply systems engineering practices across the V-model to develop advanced systems.
  • Define product requirement specifications and evaluate customer needs.
  • Use tools like DOORS and Rhapsody to model and study system behavior (SysML knowledge desirable).
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
  • Manage work packages and ensure adherence to Defence, Military, and Aerospace standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in systems engineering within complex environments.
  • Familiarity with engineering tools and languages like SysML.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for developing innovative solutions and a desire to enhance your engineering expertise.
  • Experience in defence, aerospace, government, or the Armed Forces is advantageous.
