Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and updates smoothly while minimizing downtime.

  • Maintain documentation related to application configuration, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting applications such as SharePoint, D365, DevOps, Power BI, Power Apps, and Databricks.
  • Strong understanding of application development and maintenance lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in creating and managing documentation related to application processes.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft applications or other related fields are highly desirable.
