A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for an Embedded Software Team Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of engineers that are specialists in real time software development
  • Being responsible for the development and delivery of software on time and on cost
  • Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Providing regular reports to demonstrate progress
  • Ensuring the application of software development plans to the development cycle
  • Working across a range of products

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of technology used in real time embedded software development
  • Understanding of SysML/UML and C, C++
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience working in a high technology environment
  • Awareness of standards such as DefStan 00-55 & DO178B/C
