Key Responsibilities Include:
- App Development: Design, develop, and enhance our mobile app, ensuring it provides an outstanding user experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product teams to develop features that align with user requirements.
- Code Standards: Produce clean, efficient, and scalable code using the latest Flutter techniques.
- Code Reviews: Participate in reviewing code, sharing feedback, and contributing to technical discussions.
- Performance Optimisation: Debug and fine-tune the app to ensure optimal performance.
- Process Improvement: Update and enhance workflows, technical documentation, and development practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Share progress, updates, and outcomes with the wider team and stakeholders.
Ideal Background:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in Flutter app development (opportunities are available at junior, mid, and senior levels).
- Strong command of Dart and a good understanding of best practices in mobile development.
- Background in native mobile development (iOS or Android) is a bonus.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in state management tools like Riverpod (or similar tools such as BLoC or Provider).
- Strong knowledge of integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Pipelines).
- Experience in writing automated tests and ensuring code quality.
