Lead Software Engineer, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Home Based c £ 70000 - 80000 (possible flex) + benefits
My client is a SaaS software technology company that operate in the global energy sector. Their SaaS technology is a modern and technically advanced solution at the forefront of their market. As they continue to grow they are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer who will look after a team of Engineers. Utilising agile methodologies you will deliver hgih quality software fortnightly.
A proven Lead Software Engineer you will be responsbile for mentoring and developing a small team and producing high quality software. Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers and fellow Lead Software Engineers, you will further develop the product.
Key responsibilities for this role include -
- Manage and develop a team of Software Engineers
- Responsible for the fortnightly technical output of a Product / Project Team
- Collaborating with Product Owners on tactical delivery
- Drive Agile across the team
- Mentor and coach your team
- Be the subject matter expert, both from a domain and technology view.
Experience Required -
- You will be a technologist with excellent knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, cloud-based technologies, and designing distributed systems.
- Proven ability of continuous improvement and implementing change
- An enthusiast with ideas and experience of building and rolling out a technical roadmap.
- Agile. Using a range of Agile tools and communicative prowess you will drive agile across the team.
- An experienced and hands-on leader of a small team of software engineers
