- Ensure software development activities adhere to industry standards and quality processes.
- Lead Project Quality Assessments, identify risks, and contribute to project reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality requirements are met.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Influence quality-related decisions and process improvements across the team.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all stakeholders.
- Software Quality Assurance: Understanding of software processes, development lifecycles, and national/international quality standards.
- Technical Background: Experience in software development or quality assurance, ideally within a process-based environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, RTC/EWM, Rhapsody, and MATLAB/Simulink (desirable but not essential).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify risks, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Engineering degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in the field.
