Venn Group Java Developer - SC Cleared 12-month Contract Bristol – on-site £65 p/h – Inside IR35 – Umbrella

Our client require a Java Developer to join their team in the Bristol facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working very hands-on on the design and development of new software tools and architectures
  • Instantiations for future products
  • Working on the next generation of air defence systems
  • Maintaining safety and performance procedures

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Java Engineer/Developer or Software Engineer with main focus being Java
  • Experience in other languages such as ADA
  • Knowledge of DDS middleware and RTOS
  • Knowledge of standards such as DefStan 00-55, DO-178C or IEC61508
