About the Roles:

Our client is looking for multiple Senior and Principal Systems Engineers to join their Systems Engineering/Requirements teams on major Nuclear and Infrastructure projects. There are five vacancies, each focusing on requirements development, management, and acceptance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain Systems Level Requirements (SLRs) and sub-SLRs with delivery partners.
  • Lead workshops and Requirement Working Groups to mature and endorse requirements.
  • Ensure traceability between SLRs and Project Level Requirements (PLRs).
  • Support safety and security requirements integration.
  • Collate evidence for Verification & Validation Requirements Matrix (VVRM) for Design Reviews.
  • Contribute to system architecture development.

Key Requirements Include:

  • Active SC or MoD DV Clearance
  • Willing to be on customer site up to 3 days per week - Bristol area

Essential for all roles:

  • Experience across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement for requirements elicitation.
  • Experience in controlled, multidisciplinary design projects.
  • Ability to lead SLR development workshops.
  • Proficiency in DOORS Requirements Management

Additional requirements for specific roles:

  • One role: Experience in safety and security requirements.
  • Two roles: VVRM development, including evidence collation and process planning.

Desirable for all roles:

  • Experience in infrastructure projects (RIBA lifecycle), nuclear sector, or AWE.
