Location: Bristol 2 days per week
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Instil best practises and practical problem-solving in your surrounding product teams.
- Contribute to technical designs, innovative solutions, and practical recommendations.
- Proactively seek out alternative processes or functionality to enhance services and customer experience.
- Ensure architecture and technologies align with business needs.
- Collaborate with the wider technology community to promote good practice and adherence to principles.
- Provide operational support and advice to ensure seamless service management.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in .NET Core and C# (Good to have: JavaScript, React, and SQL).
- Proficiency in the Azure Cloud Environment and Kubernetes.
- Experience in a leadership or senior role within a team.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Desire to progress your career and take on a leadership-focused role within technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop high-quality software, play a key role in implementing the technical strategy, and provide knowledge management for the digital estate.
