A High-Tech Company with quality at its heart, seeks a Software Engineer in Test to join their Bristol team. With a good Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and proficiency in Scripting languages such as Python to automate test cases and workflows; you’ll contribute to the development of internal testing tools and frameworks to ensure efficiency and robust quality.

The Software Engineer in Test will get to work on industry leading development tools, working collaboratively with toolchain developers to design tests and testing systems for new features and performance.

Key Requirements for the Software Engineer in Test should include:
•    A BSc in Computer Science or similar discipline.
•    Scripting languages (Python ideally) to automate test cases and workflows.
•    Good understanding of software testing techniques.
•    Ability to write and maintain unit and system tests for software applications.
•    Developing test frameworks.
•    Some practical knowledge of a system level language such as C++.
•    Experience testing released software products, particularly developer tools.
•    Strong communication and problem solving skills.
