As a Software Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a backend engineering team to create innovative solutions.

Technical Delivery:

- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design solutions that drive better outcomes for clients and colleagues.
