As a Software Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a backend engineering team to create innovative solutions.

Technical Delivery:

  • Excel at prioritisation and capacity planning, guiding your team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Own the delivery and continuous improvement of services, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and scalable.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design solutions that drive better outcomes for clients and colleagues.
