Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive strategy for the software team
- Implement new tools and processes to improve team output
- People management of a team of engineers
- Plan & utilise software resources to develop on time solutions
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience as an Software Engineering Manager or similar position
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, C, Assembler, C#
- Experience of managing a team in an Agile environment
