About the Role:Join the rapidly growing Land Ceptor System of Systems team and play a pivotal role in delivering export contracts and enhancing system capabilities. As a System of Systems Engineer, you will integrate the Land Ceptor product into a wider Ground Based Air Defence Weapon System, ensuring it meets customer requirements and functions seamlessly within complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support system requirements and architecture definition in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and integrate complex systems into larger system contexts, ensuring functional compatibility.
  • Conduct trade studies and system design to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to define system architectures and develop requirement sets.
  • Use tools like DOORS and Rhapsody to manage system architecture and requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in developing and integrating complex systems, preferably in the defence industry.
  • Strong systems thinking skills and an ability to conduct and drive trade studies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience defining and managing requirement sets in collaboration with customers, authorities, and partners.
  • Familiarity with system architecture tools and project engineering knowledge to design and deliver work packages.
