An SEN school in Bristol is seeking an Autism Specialist Assistant to support young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related needs.

Role Overview: As an Autism Specialist Assistant, you will:

Support students with ASD and Autism on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Implement tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviours.

About You: As an Autism Specialist Assistant you will have:

Graduate in a relevant field such as psychology or criminology OR a good education background (GCSE's in Maths and English)
A calm, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
