I am working with some amazing Primary Schools in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area who are looking for some fabulous Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support their teaching staff on a flexible basis.

The schools that I work with have a very supportive team around them, looking out for each other.

The Role

As a HLTA you will be supporting the Teachers by delivering interventions across KS1 and SK2 supporting Maths, English and Phonics. However, at times of absence, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons within all year groups so you must be flexible and willing to expand your own experience and knowledge.

You will be expected to:

• Be flexible and work throughout all Key Stages.

• Have experience supporting children with SEND

• Have good knowledge of the educational curriculum.

• Be creative, adaptable and supportive.

• Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence.
