Your new companyYou will be working in a Learning Support Assistant job for a fantastic school in South Gloucestershire from after the Easter holidays. Long-term positions are available in this local primary school supporting the class teacher within Key Stage 2 on a full-time basis.Your new roleFor this Learning Support Assistant job, you will be supporting the class teacher with the daily running of the classroom and providing additional support in intervention sessions. In this job you will be running interventions in numeracy and literacy, so it is essential you feel comfortable leading small groups. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting with daily classroom set-up, preparing resources, and monitoring pupils' behaviour.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this Learning Support Assistant job, you will need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last two years, either within a mainstream or SEND setting.
