We're working closely with a brilliant special school that are looking for an HLTA/Cover Supervisor to join them ideally with an immediate start!
The school work with a wide range of special needs & disabilities that will include SLD, Complex Learning Difficulties, MLD, PMLD, ASD & SEMH. They are truly an amazing school, they put the needs of every single student at the heart of the entire process.
The role
The role of HLTA heavily revolves around leading pre-planned lessons, so it is imperative that you have worked in schools previously. Also due to the needs of the students it is important that you have some form of SEN experience.
In order to be successful as an HLTA you must be adaptable, patient, confident and used to working in a fast paced environment.
