About the role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for handling keystage 4 children aged 14 to 16 years old who have special education needs in their education journey.

You'll be responsible for:
- Develop and deliver engaging and individualized lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of your students.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including therapists, support staff, and parents, to create a holistic support system for each student.
- Utilize your expertise in SEN to create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and independence.
- Be a champion for your students, advocating for their needs and celebrating their achievements.
What we need:
- QTS/PGCE qualification
- Experienced handling SEN children
- Genuine interest in child learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- 2 Professional references to validate childcare experience
