This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing substance use challenges.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective prescribing within a substance misuse setting
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to support individuals in their recovery
- Assess, diagnose, and prescribe within the scope of NMP practice
- Ensure compliance with best practice guidelines and clinical governance
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Pharmacist qualification
- NMP qualification (Level 6 or 7 for pharmacists)
- Strong understanding of substance misuse and related health issues, including mental health
Desirable:
- Experience in clinical leadership, supervision, or student mentorship
- Previous prescribing experience within substance misuse services
- Advanced knowledge of clinical treatment in substance use
