We’d love to see someone who is passionate about providing a high standard of customer care and enjoys working to store targets.DAY TO DAY:• Greeting guests in a professional manner• Answering any customer queries regarding products• Approaching customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations on what products would be best-suited• Developing an in-depth understanding of a range of products• Identifying and taking advantage of all opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and promotions• Assisting with the design and maintenance of the store displays• Supporting with general day-to-day upkeeping of the storeWE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:• Previous Sales experience is desirable• Confident, articulate, and honest communicator able to build rapport with a range of people• Great negotiation and persuasion abilities• Fast learner who is able to understand and speak about a range of productsAND FOR YOU:• Competitive salary• 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays• 5 days a week Monday - Saturday, 9 am to 5.30 pm (No Sundays)• Commission on sales• Excellent training is provided• Pension scheme• Life Insurance• Clothing AllowanceIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply for the opportunity for immediate consideration!
