We are recruiting for a Retail Allocator to join a sustainable footwear and accessories brand in their Bristol office.

Reporting to the Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in product distribution across various channels throughout the business whilst supporting the team with admin duties and stock management for their footwear product line across the DTC & B2B channels. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Some responsibilities:

  • Allocate stock efficiently to maximise store sales and requirements
  • Assist the Merchandising team with the management of intake across all channels
  • Updating stock targets for individual stores and locations.
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide regular product reporting for the DTC & B2B channels.
  • Manage the stock allocations for both the retail and Market Place channel, collaborating with the Retail and Market Place leads.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in retail, within the footwear or fashion industry is prefered.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

The role is based in the Bristol office and offers hybrid working - 2 days in the office, and the rest working from home.
