We’re on the hunt for a Sales Advisor to join our clients team at a busy and well-established plumbers’ merchant. In this role, you’ll be helping trade and retail customers find exactly what they need, offering expert advice, and building lasting relationships along the way.
What you’ll be doing:- Assisting customers on the trade counter and over the phone with their plumbing and heating needs.
- Preparing accurate quotes and processing orders efficiently.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is always well presented.
- Building strong relationships with trade and retail customers to drive repeat business.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to offer expert advice.
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in sales or a plumbers' merchant is an advantage, but not essential—we’ll provide training for the right person.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A basic understanding of plumbing and heating products (or a willingness to learn).
- Competitive salary up to £28,000 per year.
