We are pleased to continue to support one of the UK'sleading infrastructure and property consultancy firms, with the opportunity towork on next-generation projects with some of the largest organisations in thecountry.After acontinued period of growth & new business, they are on the lookout forpassionate and dedicated Procurement Managers or Consultants to join the teamand make an impact on large-scale public procurements and projects.Thereare opportunities for a variety of levels (Associate - Principal) and payingbetween £45,000 - £70,000 respectively. - Take ownership of projects while managing junior colleagues responsible for service delivery.
- Work with multiple project stakeholders to understand key objectives, risks, and opportunities.
- Recommend delivery models, routes to market, and commercial and contracting strategies that align with client goals and industry standards.
- Engage with the market to identify and analyse key trends, appetite, opportunities, and risks.
- Identify areas of improvement or innovation and share best practices and lessons learnt.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Play a part in recruiting new talent and supporting work-winning opportunities.
What We Are LookingFor:
- Qualifications: CIPS / MCIPS or construction based qualifications
- Experience leading multiple procurements of complex construction and infrastructure projects under Public Contract Regulations / PA23 from early market engagement through to contract award.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a range of standard form contracts including FIDIC and NEC
- Previous experience within a consultancy or knowledge of the consultancy model would be beneficial
Package:
- A salary between £45,000 - £70,000 (dependent on level)
- Bonus structure split between personal and company performance
