Summary:

  • Pay Rate: 18.75 per hour
  • Hours: 37 per week - Hybrid once training is complete

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential team support to our workshops and Area Controllers
  • Manage HGV MOT appointments and update the transport database accordingly
  • Liaise with external contractors for inspection programmes and maintain accurate certificates
  • Maintain administration records for fuel card renewals and ordering of gas and diesel
  • Assist in driver behaviour monitoring and vehicle job audits
  • Process purchase orders, resolve invoice queries, and handle general administration duties
  • Update and maintain crucial vehicle information in the transport database
  • Document and ensure compliance with all procedures
